Introduction
Feicheng, Shandong — 3E MEMTECH Pte. Ltd., leveraging its internationally leading membrane solutions, has partnered with Feicheng Water Group to successfully complete a landmark water quality enhancement project at the Taodu Dong Water Plant. By implementing Double-Membrane Process, the plant now delivers higher-grade, safer, and more reliable drinking water to more than 80,000 residents, businesses, and institutions, raising the bar for green, low-carbon municipal water production in the region.

Technical Collaboration :
With a total investment of RMB 47.22 million, the Dong Water Plant built a modern Double-membrane workshop (22 m × 65 m) equipped with three NF and two RO units. Together with 3E, a Nanofiltration Membrane Innovation &R&D Centre has been established to focus on continuous optimization and future advancements.
Post-treatment, the plant’s water quality exceeds GB/T 5749-2022 Standards for Drinking Water Quality, ensuring safe, premium-quality drinking water for 80,000 residents and surrounding enterprises — setting a new municipal water supply benchmark.

The NF technology was developed by the team led by Academician Chung Tai-Shung Neal at the National University of Singapore. As the technology’s industrialization partner, 3E MEMTECH delivered end-to-end technical, engineering, and localization support, successfully translating this world-class innovation into operational excellence in China.
