Event Overview
The 2025 Qingdao International Water Conference, hosted by the Qingdao Municipal Government and supported by the International Water Association (IWA) and the World Water Council (WWC), brought together nearly 400 experts, scholars, and industry leaders from 23 countries and regions. As one of the most influential water events in the Asia-Pacific, the conference featured nearly 50 themed sessions and over 460 technical presentations under the theme “Water – Source of Life, Foundation of Development.”
Membrane technology was a central focus across eight core topics, including seawater desalination, brine valorization, industrial water reuse, and membrane innovation.
